This report has two objectives: First, it summarizes current climate change related investment frameworks developed by global thought leaders. Second, it proposes a way to frame the connection between the investment decision process and climate change, thereby facilitating the mobilization of capital to tackle one of Asia's most urgent challenges - shifting to a low-carbon economy.
