Aecom buys into India’s green building sector

Environmental technology support service provider Aecom Technology has acquired Indian green building specialist Spectral Services to expand its business into the fast paced Indian market.

Aecom expects the transaction to be accretive to cash earnings per share in fiscal year 2011.
