New integrated energy park for Gujurat

Gujurat is continuing to move ahead with solar in the solar field with Indarya Green Power announcing plans to develop an integrated renewable energy park located on 2,000 acres near Abdasa Taluka in Kutch district.

The Rs 4,500 crore (USD84.6 million) first phase of the project will include a 300-MW solar photovoltaic installation and a 25-MW wind farm. The firm will also establish a new R&D centre on the site together with a plant to manufacture 500-MW of solar panels annually.
